At IPS in-house machining facility, we can manufacture custom made high temperature exhaust insulation pads and blankets. IPS offer a wide scope of temperature ranged insulation, accompanied by the external overall material finish as per specified engine operating temperatures and preferred customer requirements.

IPS offers a service which is 100% self sufficient. Our recent re-location and expansion of premises has enabled us to provide a fully equipped sheet metal fabrication shop. This enhanced workshop facility has given us scope to offer our clients an around the clock service, which can produce a custom made finished product when ever needed.

Our on going experience with the Royal Fleet Auxiliary and Ministry of Defence vessels has allowed us to work successfully along side other ship building and ship repair disciplines. Due to the importance of Structural Fire Protection and ever increasing SOLAS requirements, it is imperative that the vessel is delivered within the allocated program schedule to the client. IPS prides it's self on achieving such tasks.

IPS provides a 24 hour maintenance service for vessels throughout the commercial marine industry. This allows us to help minimise disruption to scheduled sailings. Where “class” approval allows, ongoing works can be carried out during these commercial sailings .
